It is hard to imagine a scenario where a country is focused on reducing child poverty without quality, routine and nationally supported measurement.

 

Indicators of children living in poverty

Poverty influences children in many ways. It impacts children at the moment, and across time. That is, children at every age and developmental stage are heavily impacted by the impoverished environment they live. In the early years, children living in poverty experience the daily impacts that come easily to mind (Choi et al. 2019). It is rather essential and part of educators' responsibilities to distinct and undertake actions in time. Below are some typical indicators of children experiencing poverty.
